ACE Tamping Rammer has innovative design, it is made to withstand tough condition and build to last. There are various model that deliver different impact power to produce excellect compaction for a given job.

One of the major advantage of ACE Tamping Rammer is that most of the spare parts can be interchangeable between different model. Thus, stocking of spare parts and maintenance of machine become easy and much more cost effective.

It has strong impact force though it is small and light. They are used for confined area, trench work, backfill and repairing work on asphalt. It is especially suitable for compacting the roadbed with low water content that heavy vibro compactor could not work.

Tamping Rammer CT-78DA

1. CT-78DA is installed with 4-cycle air cool diesel engine that is specially design for Tamping Rammer.
 

2. The bellow is manufactured from Germany.
 

3. Aluminium cast throttle lever increase the durability of the mechanism as compared to conventional throttle lever.
 

4.Paper filter element for the first stage air filter. Longer shelf life compare to conventional sponge type filter.
 

5. Two stage fuel filter system in a fuel tank to prolong lifespan of the engine combustion chamber.
 

6. Shock absorber manufactureed with good grade of elastomer to ensure minimum vibration and reduce fatigue to the user.
 

7. Foot assembly is made by steel plate and wooden insert.
