ACE Scarifier comes with different types of cutting blade to suits different type of operation. This machine is capable to roughen surface, level uneven surface, remove mastic, remove adhesive, remove rubberized coating and repair common slab problems e.g curled joints, high spots, uneven slabs and burned areas from over troweling.

Different cutting tools can be attached to the drum for removal of scale and rust from steel surfaces. This machine can also be used to remove e.g epoxy coatings, thermoplastic coatings, floor paint and traffic line.  Every ACE Scarifier is tested before delivery. 1.  Oil bath filter makes a good dust filtration system and provide clean air for the combustion chamber of the engine.

2. Good casing design that allow machine to work with wet floor condition.

3. Uses Japan bearing.
 

4. Engineered cutter shaft drum to increase its lifespan.

5. Calculated cutter shaft design to enhance wear resistance to the constant impact of the carbide cutter while work in progress.

6. Adapt with good grip lock pulley that reduce the tendency of main axle shaft from breaking.

7. Timing belt and pulley system drive applied for this machine to prevent slip from occuring which is common in a V-belt system drive.

8. Twin system depth control to allow quick engagement and disengagement of the cutter carbide from its work.

9. Side loading drum design to allow quick access to drum and cutter for ease of maintenance.
